Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join Stoneacre Motor Group as an Apprentice Parts Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Parts Administration function, working closely with internal sites and external customers to ensure seamless communication and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report and manage parts orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any delays or back-orders.
  • Oversee high-value accounts, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Initiate proactive measures to source alternative parts supplies, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and system maintenance, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed of order status and resolving any issues promptly.
