About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Paediatrics Pccupatianl Therapy Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clinicians, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise advanced level IT skills to create reports, programmes and spreadsheets to support our clinical teams.
  • Act as a central point of contact for external and internal callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate administrative arrangements relating to appointment bookings and planning of clinics for clinicians, ensuring that all information is up to date on our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.

Requirements

  • Foundation degree/diploma level knowledge which can be demonstrated by qualitative experience.
  • NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject plus a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
  • Negotiating and persuasive skills.
  • Relevant previous customer service experience.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Experience of working autonomously.
  • Working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
  • Maintain confidentiality/data protection.
