  • Provide administrative support to the department, prioritizing tasks and managing workload demands.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of patient information and maintain a high level of discretion in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with health professionals, patients, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the coordination of patient pathways, ensuring streamlined administrative processes.

Education & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of patient referral to treatment times; experience of monitoring patient pathways.
