About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work in a SEMH School, supporting students with challenging behaviour and social, emotional mental health. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working alongside the class teacher and other TAs, assisting with everyday school life.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting pupils with complex needs and social, emotional mental health
  2. Working closely with the class teacher and other TAs
  3. Developing strategies to support pupils with challenging behaviour
