About the role
You'll join an dynamic team of engineers and product designers based in our headquarters in London. We're a diverse group of product-led doers focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
With a modernisation of the marketplace, investment in automation, and data-driven analytics, we address the industry's biggest challenges. Rather than working with legacy systems, we build world-class products integral to daily operations in an $800bn industry.

Your Responsibilities
- Developing product roadmaps and identifying key features and improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for alignment and coordination throughout the product development process
- Establishing clear requirements for the product, including user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Collecting and analysing product feedback from various sources
- Gaining insight into the product's vision and strategy, aligning it with company goals, and exploring ways to enhance synergy with other offerings
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs, analyse trends, and assess competition
What We Look For
- At least 7 years of experience as a product manager in fast-paced startups, preferably in fintech
- A proactive mindset with full ownership of initiatives
- A strong enthusiasm for creating new processes and pushing beyond conventional boundaries
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging stakeholders
- Highly detail-oriented with logical and organised problem-solving approaches
- Advanced analytical skills using data and metrics to inform decision-making
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in launching and overseeing products across all stages of the product lifecycle
