Senior Architect Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment are delighted to be working with a multidisciplinary consultancy with an international presence to find a Senior Architect to join their Residential team in Newcastle.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Architect to work on a variety of projects within the Residential sector, utilizing their expertise in Revit software and strong communicative and team working skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Residential projects, with a minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience and proficiency in Revit. They will also have the ability to produce high-quality drawings and designs, work across all RIBA stages, and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Relevant qualification required
  • Hard working & motivated individual
  • Background working on Residential projects
  • Proficient Revit
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualifying Part 3
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary (£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience)
