Senior Architect Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Architect to join our team in Newcastle. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality designs and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to understand project requirements and deliver solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Manage and mentor junior architects and technicians to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in architecture (Part 3)
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience in a residential architecture role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficient in Revit and other industry-standard software
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary (£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience)
  • Standard 8.30am - 5:30pm working hours (flexible on start/finish times)
