Job Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment is proud to partner with a multidisciplinary consultancy with an international presence to find a talented Senior Architect to join their Residential team in Newcastle.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Architect to work on a variety of projects within the Residential sector, utilizing their expertise in Revit and strong communicative and team working skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Revit on a daily basis to produce high-quality drawings and designs
  • Work as part of a fast-paced team to deliver projects across all RIBA stages
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of staff within the practice
  • Work on a range of projects within the Residential sector, including running projects and carrying out site visits

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification required, such as a Part 3 qualification
  • Hard working and motivated individual with a background in Residential projects
  • Proficient in Revit and experienced in project running
  • Proven design skills, creativity, and problem-solving skills in a portfolio
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience
