Senior Architect Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment are delighted to be working with a multidisciplinary consultancy with an international presence to find a Senior Architect to join their Residential team in Newcastle.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and motivated individual to work on a variety of projects within the Residential sector, utilizing their skills and experience to deliver high-quality designs and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working as part of a fast-paced team to deliver projects from concept to completion
  • Producing high-quality drawings and designs using Revit software
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control
  • Running projects and managing teams to achieve project goals
  • Carrying out site visits and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Architecture (Part 3)
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience
  • Proficient in Revit software
  • Strong communication and team working skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary (£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience)
