South Warwickshire GP Federation is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification and certification to prescribe, with a strong background in primary care. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading PCN clinical projects, including health inequalities, Learning Disabilities, Long Term conditions, and Flu and Covid vaccination campaigns. They will also hold clinics for patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems, making assessments based on highly-developed knowledge and skills.
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of the South Warwickshire GP Federation.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, NHS Pension, Health & Wellbeing support, Vivup Employee Assistance Programme, and Bike2work Scheme.
