About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Cardiology Team at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust.

As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients, working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality cardiology services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical care to patients with cardiac conditions.
  • Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions between primary and secondary care.
  • Contribute to research, audit, and evidence-based care initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain links with local and national organisations.

Requirements:

  • Registered professional, NMC or HPC registered.
  • Recognised Advanced Health Assessment qualification.
  • ALS Provider.
  • Evidence of continued professional development within Cardiology.
  • Recognised teaching qualification.
  • Leadership course.

Salary: £62,500 - £72,500 per annum (dependent on experience).
