As a leader in clinical nursing practice, this individual will be responsible for assessing, planning, designing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating professional development and educational activities to address identified or anticipated needs of learners.

The successful candidate will possess a Master's Degree in a healthcare field, with a focus on nursing. They will also have experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and participating in research to create a culture of scientific inquiry and evidence-based practice.

Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, design, organize, implement, and evaluate professional development and educational activities.
  • Lead and collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to partner for practice transitions, improve the quality, safety, and outcomes of patient care.
  • Analyze clinical and non-clinical variables to influence, supervise, manage or oversee patient care needs, and predict and manage responses and resources.
