Take your career to the next level as an Advanced Mental Health Practitioner at RECRUIT123 LIMITED, working closely with health and educational professionals to provide comprehensive support to families and children. The successful candidate will have experience of assessing and diagnosing ADHD and hold an Independent Non-Medical Prescribing (V300) qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing regular medication reviews for children and young people
  • Administration of shared care agreements, individual medication plans, and liaison with administrative team regarding clinic follow-up
  • Using independent prescribing skills and knowledge to complete health assessments, initiate medication, and titrate dosage
