Transform Business Capabilities with o9 Project Training

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the o9 Project Training Lead. This role will play a critical part in the success of our SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation project, which aims to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure a successful rollout of o9 across the globe.
  • Collaborate closely with project leadership, global design, and regional delivery teams to formulate the o9 training strategy, approach, and curriculum.
  • Oversee the design and development of a role-based o9 training program across the organization.
  • Establish clear ways of working across global, regional, and BU teams and with the vendor content creation teams.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure requirements are gathered and training content aligns with MDLZ business processes.
  • Utilize various training methods, including workshops, e-learning, and hands-on exercises, to enhance user proficiency in o9.
  • Implement a process to monitor the effectiveness of the training delivery and proficiency of participants.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years' experience planning, designing, and leading training programs.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse global audiences.
  • Partnering with leaders, building relationships, and influencing outcomes.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning rapid development tools.
  • Handling complexity, working across different geographies and cultures with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience of o9 implementations.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, communications, or equivalent years of experience.

Travel Requirements:

  • Yes, less than 10%
