Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the o9 Project Training Lead. This role will play a critical part in the successful rollout of o9 across the globe, collaborating closely with project leadership, global design, and regional delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure a successful o9 rollout.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including SMEs, project managers, business leaders, and vendors to understand training needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional teams to ensure consistency in global training standards.
  • Define, develop, and implement a process to monitor the effectiveness of training delivery and proficiency of participants.

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience planning, designing, and leading training programs.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse global audiences.
  • Partnering with leaders, building relationships, and influencing outcomes.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning rapid development tools.
