Special Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a skilled SEMH teaching assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a SEMH teaching assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting students with special educational needs, developing and implementing personalized learning plans, and collaborating with teachers to achieve academic goals.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with parents and guardians, and contributing to the overall well-being of the school community.
Salary: approximately £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
