About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at Allegis Global Solutions. As a key member of our recruitment marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and employer value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns that showcase our company's brand, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Create and distribute engaging and relevant content, such as blogs, videos, podcasts, webinars, social media posts, newsletters, and landing pages, that highlight our company's culture, benefits, and employee stories.
  • Research and identify the best sources and methods to reach and attract the target talent segments, such as job boards, career fairs, referrals, networking events, and online communities.
  • Use data and analytics to measure and optimize the performance and impact of recruitment marketing activities and channels.
  • Partner with our DEI lead to ensure that our company's brand and recruitment marketing strategies are inclusive, diverse, and representative of our values and goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to align recruitment marketing objectives and initiatives with our company's hiring needs and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver results using various channels and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create and deliver engaging and relevant content for different audiences and purposes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to measure and improve the recruitment marketing performance and impact.
