About the Role

Cielo is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager - Digital Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our Brand and Digital team, you will be responsible for developing and leading client relationships with brand and talent marketing solutions that enable direct clients and our client teams to drive direct hiring, enhance the quality of hire, ignite talent performance, and maximize the value of the client's employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish trusted, consultative partnerships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage income and expenditure to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all projects.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Generate new and unique ideas, driving innovation in solutions and ways of working to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Line Management: Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Accountability & Execution: Deliver sustainable results, set well-defined objectives, and take ownership of project delivery to the value of $150k+, across the Brand and Digital solution portfolio.
  • Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of Brand and Digital solutions, delegating project tasks across Brand & Digital and Social Media Consultants, and ensuring high-quality project outputs.
  • Client Development: Build high-visibility relationships with internal stakeholders, typically Manager level and above, leading to ongoing Client Development opportunities.
  • Strategic Creative Briefs: Write strategic creative briefs to director satisfaction, with support in sharpening the proposition with Brand Strategy/VP leader support.
  • Personal Brand Reputation: Invest in personal brand reputation, contributing to internal and external blogs, white papers, and webinars.
  • RPO New Business Pursuits: Contribute to RPO new business pursuits at all stages of the sales process, with the ability to lead on Brand & Digital direct client new business pursuits.
  • Market and Talent Intelligence: Gather market and talent intelligence to develop highly targeted talent marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is required (either RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency).
  • Skills: Ability to produce and analyze data, identify opportunities, and use data to drive decisions. Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders and quickly build robust relationships based on trust and confidence. Translate best practice into relevant, practical, and effective solutions and products. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations conceptually and provide workable solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Language: Fluency in English required.
  • Location: Open to remote work in the UK and willingness to travel to site occasionally (London/Derby).
