Sales Assistant/Driver RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant/Driver to join our team. As a Sales Assistant/Driver, you will play a key role in the success of our store by collaborating with in-store colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals and DIY enthusiasts. You will use your people skills to help maximize the sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories in your store, while also carrying out customer deliveries to homes and businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to provide a warm welcome, informed conversation, and personalized proposal.
- Use our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Support the store's monthly customer contact plan.
- Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
- Load the van and plan delivery routes.
- Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.
- Proven experience in a customer service/retail role.
- Valid driving license.
- Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
- Calm under pressure.
