Christmas Sales Assistant

About the Role:
To be a successful Christmas Support Team Member, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
- Share your passion for our products, providing expert knowledge and recommendations
- Maintain a high standard of store appearance, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Contribute to the efficient processing of stock and deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers, providing a positive and supportive service
- Take ownership of your development, identifying areas for improvement and seeking opportunities for growth
About You:
- You are a great communicator, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- You are excited about the challenge of a fast-paced and varied role
- You are flexible, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve team and customer goals
- You take pride in your work, approaching tasks with energy, pace, and dedication
- You are happy to work independently, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities
In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level, not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
What's Next
As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and those that match the job criteria closest will be contacted to arrange an initial Interview so we can have a chat to find out more about you.
In order to apply for this position, you must not have had an unsuccessful online assessment (as detailed above) in the last 6 months.
