Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adult Care Delivery Lead to join our team at Olive Recruit. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to older adults and individuals with disabilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in domiciliary care. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves developing and managing schedules for service users, ensuring the delivery of reliable and compassionate care. You will also supervise and support care staff, conducting regular training to enhance their skills and compliance with health and social care regulations.

In addition, you will collaborate with service users and their families to create and review personalized care plans, advocating for their needs and promoting independence and dignity. The salary for this position is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
