UK Market Development Manager

Kameleoon is seeking an experienced business development professional to lead our expansion into the UK market. As a seasoned sales expert, you will develop and execute a strategy to drive growth and increase revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the UK.

About the Position
This role requires a strong understanding of the UK market and a proven track record of success in driving business growth. You will work closely with our COO and leverage our existing customer base to establish Kameleoon as the premier experimentation platform in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve business objectives.
- Pursuing new business opportunities and identifying potential customers.
- Negotiating and closing deals with potential clients.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- A deep understanding of the UK market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
What We Offer
We offer a salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus and equity opportunities.
