Exafield UK is seeking a talented UK Market Research Team Lead to join our team As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our recruiter and project management teams to ensure high customer satisfaction, encouraging team spirit and sense of responsibility through results-oriented leadership, planning and organizing work processes and operational cooperation in the performance of qualitative and quantitative studies in the field of healthcare, and ensuring compliance with standards in market research.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leading a recruiter and PM team to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing plans to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Managing budgets and financial resources to achieve business objectives
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
  • Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in market research or relevant fields
  • 2+ years experience of managing teams and individuals in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in business-to-business and business-to-client lead generation is essential

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience.
