Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Flexible / Hybrid (Birmingham City Centre)

Contract: 2-year Fixed Term Contract

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known UK company for an exciting Technical Business Analyst role. This position is perfect for a driven professional looking to contribute to a high-impact Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse existing data processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the HCM transformation programme.
  • Lead workshops to gather and document HCM data requirements.
  • Design and own the HCM data workstream, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to support data migration strategies and solutions.
  • Participate in testing and validation to ensure successful data integration and migration.
  • Assist in training, communications, and post-implementation support activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing business change projects, ideally within HCM transformations.
  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation and organisational process changes.
  • Expertise in data analytics and management, including data quality, security, compliance, and retention.
  • Experience with HCM systems, preferably in the hospitality or retail sectors.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
