Crimson is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing business analysis and design expertise to support the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain customer applications and objects within Salesforce, tailored to meet the business needs of our clients.
- Manage stakeholders during the discovery phase to elicit and capture requirements for new projects and modifications to existing Salesforce solutions.
- Assist project sponsors in drafting clear requirements that can be effectively translated into technical specifications for internal teams and third-party developers/configurators.
- Develop process maps for anticipated future workflows, recommending optimal implementation strategies using Salesforce and related technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases to identify features that can be leveraged to meet project requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong Business Analyst experience
- Salesforce experience is essential
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of integrating third-party applications with Salesforce via API
- Offer guidance on Salesforce development best practices
- Clearly communicate requirements and process flows for various projects
- Prepare comprehensive business analysis documentation
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, third parties, clients, and other relevant parties to ensure successful solution delivery for the business
