Business Support Operations Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Administrator to join our team at Westmorland and Furness Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to various council service areas, working closely with teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative assistance to multiple departments within the council, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between teams;
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases, utilizing excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures to improve productivity and streamline operations;
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, fostering a positive and supportive work environment;
- Collaborating with senior management to achieve departmental goals and objectives, contributing to the overall success of the council.
Requirements
- A minimum of [£25,000 - £35,000] per annum salary, depending on experience;
