Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will work closely with adults with learning disabilities, providing person-centred support and promoting independence. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives.

About the Role

As a Care Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily living support to adults with learning disabilities
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs
  • Encouraging individuals to participate in activities and hobbies
  • Supporting with medication administration and record-keeping

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for working with adults with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Nationally recognised qualifications in healthcare or a related field (training provided)
