Salary Information
We offer an attractive salary package for this role, with up to £18.74 per hour / £42,877 per year (based on 44 hours), making it an excellent opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses.
About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse in our care home setting, providing compassionate care to elderly individuals with dementia and other complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient-centred care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective care plans and support.
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A valid NMC PIN and registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
- Experience working within a care home setting, preferably with dementia and elderly populations.
- An understanding of NMC guidelines and code of conduct.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and contributing to a positive team environment.
