The Role in Detail
As a registered learning disability nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and promoting health and wellbeing for adults with complex needs. Your duties will include assessing and planning individualized care plans, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, and leading by example to mentor junior staff members. You will also maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
