About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Modern Workplace Specialist to join our team at Molten Ventures plc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our growing fleet of Mac devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and resolve day-to-day IT support requests
  • Contribute to project work and our company's technology roadmap
  • Manage our Mac estate using Jamf
  • Support our cloud collaboration tools, including Google Workspace and Slack
  • Champion the technology aspects of our onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Engage with key suppliers and contractors
  • Provide tailored training and develop self-service resources to empower employees
  • Collaborate with our People and Finance teams to manage their systems
  • Help implement and maintain our audio-visual capabilities, including Zoom Rooms hardware

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience supporting a growing fleet of Mac devices
  • Comfort with the asset lifecycle process from procurement to decommissioning
  • Ability to balance customer support and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience in modern IT environments with technical familiarity of tools like Google Workspace, OKTA, JAMF, Jira, and GCP
  • Natural problem solver and self-starter
  • Strong desire to improve processes and automate
  • Confidence engaging with all levels of stakeholders and comfortable giving candid opinions
  • Certification up to JAMF 400
