Job Title: Modern Workplace Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Modern Workplace Engineer to join our team at Capgemini. As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure and associated systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop solutions for Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure and associated systems.
  • Implement and maintain reliable platform services at SPW.
  • Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure solutions are documented and meet technical policy.
  • Provide technical mentoring to junior team members and first-line support colleagues.
  • Assess and maintain the good working state of our Microsoft 365 and Azure platform.
  • Manage the technical relationship with Cloud Engineering and Infrastructure suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Strong background and experience in designing, building, managing, and troubleshooting infrastructure, cloud-based solutions, and SaaS applications.
  • Deep understanding of best practices and best security practices.
  • Experience with Collaboration & Unified Comms (Voice, Video, SharePoint, Email) and MS365 Product Suite (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
