Job Title: Lead Modern Workplace Engineer

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Modern Workplace Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the development, optimization, and enhancement of our Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead an agile team to optimize workflows and processes, ensuring the delivery of superior quality outcomes.
  • Implement complex technology solutions, including Modern Device Management techniques, Windows Enterprise, endpoint security, application deployment, and Identity and Access Management.
  • Collaborate closely with Architects to effectively translate high-level designs into low-level configurations, actionable stories, and tasks.
  • Guide, mentor, and nurture the development of a team of Engineers and Analysts, fostering a culture of learning and continuous progression throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Lead Engineer with expertise in implementing complex technology solutions.
  • Extensive technical knowledge in the implementation and management of M365 solutions, including Modern Device Management techniques, Windows Enterprise, endpoint security, application deployment, and Identity and Access Management.
  • Proficiency in deploying security strategies such as Zero Trust, using tools like Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID for secure user management and effective use of Entitlement Management.
  • Strong programming skills in PowerShell and scripting languages.
  • Experience in managing Apple devices using platforms such as Jamf.
