National Sales Director - Prestige Brands Opportunity
Coty, a global beauty leader, is seeking an experienced National Sales Director to lead its Prestige Brands portfolio with Superdrug. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth, manage brands, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for key brands within the Prestige portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Superdrug, to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Brand Managers, Commercial Excellence Managers, Supply Chain, and Finance, to execute sales strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Advanced sales and marketing skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Estimate: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
