About the Role
As our Head of Retail, you will lead and manage retail execution and sales growth across the country through key third-party retail customers. You will oversee direct and indirect teams, ensuring alignment with the retail strategy. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to drive in-store excellence and selective distribution monitoring, collaborating with stakeholders to create and execute distribution, training, and demonstration strategies, and analyzing national sales data, market trends, and competitor information to identify sales opportunities and challenges.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven leadership experience, excellent public speaking and presentation skills, advanced proficiency in English, strong negotiation skills, and strategic thinking. You will also need to be open-minded and adaptable, with a financial acumen and experience in budget control and forecasting. Analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends will also be essential.
