About the Role

NMC Recruitment is looking for an experienced Industrial Equipment Servicer to maintain the integrity of our clients' industrial facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of plant and machinery.

Responsibilities:

  1. To guarantee that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  2. To manage and supervise a team of contract and service engineers.
  3. To schedule regular maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime.
  4. To perform quality control checks on equipment and machinery.
  5. To develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. To provide training and guidance to junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of plant and machinery operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
