Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Total Productive Maintenance Expert to join our team at Bodycote. As a key member of our maintenance engineering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous and safe operation of our equipment.

As a Total Productive Maintenance Expert, you will be responsible for implementing TPM principles across our European sites. You will work closely with our site teams to deliver exceptional results and ensure that our equipment operates efficiently and minimizes downtime.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing TPM principles across our European sites.
  • Working closely with our site teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently and minimizes downtime.
  • Coordinating with contractors for the servicing of plant, machinery, and related services.

Requirements:

  • HND in electromechanical engineering or similar qualification, with hands-on experience.
  • Proven experience in mechanical breakdown repair of plant, machinery, and services.
  • Experience working with compressors, gas handling, and electrical systems.
  • Ideally, experience with PLCs and control systems.
  • Fluency in English (German/French is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MMS software is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, private medical insurance, life assurance, and employee assistance program.
