Critical Care Nurse

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our ICU team.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate individualised patient-centred care
- Work according to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct to provide care for critically unwell patients
- Develop and maintain high standards of nursing care, ensuring nursing objectives are achieved
About Our Team
We are a dynamic and progressive department that places patient-centred care at the core of our ethos. Our ICU is currently undergoing redevelopment, with a new state-of-the-art facility offering high-spec equipment and a supportive team environment.
Person Specification
- Registered Adult Nurse with NMC pin
- Relevant Acute NHS ward experience
- ICU experience as RN or Student
