We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Practice Nurse to join our team at Lindum Medical Practice in Lincoln City.

Job Overview:

This is a Band 5/6 position, requiring experience in primary care settings, with some Clinical Decision Making (CDM) skills preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nursing plans, prioritizing patient needs and safety, and maintaining accurate records.
  • SUPPORT TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT IN SPECIAL INTEREST AREAS, FOSTERING A CULTURE OF CONTINUOUS LEARNING AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a General Practice Nurse in a primary care setting, with some CDM skills or equivalent.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  3. Ability to work flexible hours, including part-time or job share options, to accommodate the needs of the practice.

Working Hours:

We offer flexible working hours from 15 hours per week to full-time, with negotiable hours based on mutual agreement.

Estimated Salary: £28,782 - £36,122 per annum, depending on experience.
