Transforming Human Health through Strategic Sourcing


As a key member of the Cytiva team, you will play a vital role in providing new solutions to the Life Sciences industry. Our customers are at the forefront of groundbreaking research, developing innovative vaccines, medicines, and cell and gene therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a primary point of contact for indirect sourcing requests across the EMEA region.
  • Provide exceptional sourcing support for indirect commodities, including business services such as HR, L&D, Translations, Consulting, Financial, Legal, and Technical Services.
  • Lead cross-country sourcing initiatives and projects, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • MCIPS or equivalent Professional Procurement qualification or a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Economics, Purchasing, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Sourcing, Project Management, Finance, or Operations.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP, SSP, or other purchasing systems.
  • Leadership experience in simplification projects.
