About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust. As a Staff Nurse on our Pineheath Ward, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to a diverse range of patients with varying complexities of needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new care initiatives
  • Participate in regular audits and quality improvement activities

Requirements

  • Current NMC registration, level 1
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to maintain and improve standards of care
