Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our rehabilitation services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with varying complexities of needs, including palliative care.
  • Develop and deliver care plans designed to meet the needs of patients, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of standards of care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients.
  • Participate in the rotation of day and night duties, working flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration, level 1.
  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience of working with patients with multiple pathologies and developing and delivering care plans designed to meet their needs.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to maintain and improve standards of care.
  • Experience of audit and research.
Person Specification
  • Current NMC registration, level 1.
  • Working towards degree.
  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience of working with patients with multiple pathologies and developing and delivering care plans designed to meet their needs.
  • Experience of resource management.
  • Experience of audit research.
