Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Pineheath Ward. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our rehabilitation services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with varying complexities of needs, including palliative care.
  • Develop and deliver care plans designed to meet the needs of patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of standards of care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration, level 1.
  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience of working with patients with multiple pathologies and developing and delivering care plans designed to meet their needs.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to maintain and improve standards of care.
  • Experience of audit and research.
Person Specification
  • Current NMC registration, level 1.
  • Working towards degree.
  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience of working with patients with multiple pathologies and developing and delivering care plans designed to meet their needs.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
