About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Academic Engagement Manager to join our team at Tangram. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for managing and growing effective relationships with our clients in the Auckland region, with some regular travel required to the Bay of Plenty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel within your territory to manage and grow relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to increase their business with us.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of your clients' commercial and business goals, positioning Trade Me as the chosen partner to achieve these objectives.
  • Plan and present product solutions that meet the specific needs of your clients, utilizing qualitative data about their business performance.
  • Identify, develop, and implement new business opportunities using our extensive data set, sharing relevant insights based on Trade Me data.
  • Effectively use our CRM to track all sales, opportunities, and client contact.
What We're Looking For
  • Two or more years' experience in a similar Account Management role.
  • A passion for digital advertising and/or automotive industry experience would be valuable, although not essential.
  • Skilled at building relationships with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to understand and present data insights to clients.
