Academic Lead Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a Year 6 class and contributing to the school's vibrant learning community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality lessons to students in Key Stage 2, promoting academic excellence and fostering a love of learning
• Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans, incorporating creative and imaginative approaches to teaching and learning
• Provide pastoral care and support to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic well-being
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic record
• Proven experience of teaching in a Year 6 environment, with a track record of success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
