Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our renal dialysis unit, working autonomously to assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.

About the Role

As a Dialysis Nurse, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes. You will be responsible for planning nursing care at a ratio of 1:4 patients, utilizing the latest equipment and technology to provide holistic care. This is a fixed-term, full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, working various shifts between 6.30am and 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday.

Competitive salary up to £33,736.50 per annum (pro-rata) based on knowledge and skills framework, along with additional benefits including unsocial hours payments, company pension scheme, and life assurance.
