We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Cornwall.

- Assess and develop individualised care plans for patients
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Current professional registration with the NMC
- Experience working with patients with complex needs
- Previous experience in an inpatient environment
- Up-to-date clinical skills in providing healthcare to patients in hospital
