Care Coordinator Position

Job Role:
We are recruiting a Care Coordinator to join our team at Home Instead Lincoln. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling our services to clients, providing the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective schedules for clients and care assistants, taking into account travel time, holidays, and training requirements.
- Ensure schedules are up-to-date and reflect any changes or cancellations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and care assistants, ensuring a positive experience for both parties.
- Work with the Registered Care Director to ensure sufficient staffing levels and resources are available to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client and care assistant information using our electronic scheduling system.
- Perform other duties as required to support the successful operation of the business.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a scheduling role within home care is highly beneficial.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems, with experience in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technologies.
- Highly resilient and positive, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure, with a strong attention to detail.
- Logical and analytical, with the ability to work with initiative and meet deadlines.
- UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- Experience in care is essential.

- Salary of £23,500.00 p.a. + extra for on-call duties and overtime.
