The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth and success in the UK on-trade sector.
With a strong background in account management within FMCG, particularly in the on-trade sector, this individual will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of on-trade customers, using their expertise to develop tailored strategies.
This dynamic challenge offers a unique opportunity to work with a well-respected brand in the on-trade sector, driving growth and making a tangible impact.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and maintain key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with on-trade customers
- Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, commercial acumen, and strong communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme and hybrid flexibility.
