Loss Prevention Advisor Role

We're seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Advisor to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you'll play a critical role in protecting our customers, associates, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Work closely with store teams to educate and coach on loss prevention best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product and assets to effectively protect them.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our loss prevention strategies.
What You'll Need:
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail security environment, preferably in loss prevention or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve incidents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with store teams and customers.
  • A self-driven and resilient approach to handle challenging situations.
