Loss Prevention Advisor

We're seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Advisor to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you'll play a critical role in protecting our customers, associates, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Work closely with store teams to educate and coach on loss prevention best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product and assets to effectively protect them.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in loss prevention.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and safe environment.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail security environment, preferably in loss prevention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and resilient with a focus on delivering results.
